Each year, SONET employees hold a Christmas fundraiser and choose an organization to support directly with a financial contribution. This time, the choice fell on Hendipet Rescue, a shelter for disabled, sick or abused dogs and cats.
They also temporarily care for animals that their owners have forgotten about or written off. And even if they're paralyzed, blind, shy or missing a limb, they always get a chance to recover at Handipet. They can provide loving care for the animals and know how to find them a beautiful new home when they are ready for that step. They currently have over 30 pets in their care that are in individual temporary care. And they are looking for funding to renovate a new space to run the shelter. So maybe our contribution will move them towards their desired goal. Sonia Schneiderová, who is in charge of the operation and donations for the shelter, also said, "There are real heartthrobs working at Sonet and I thank them very much on behalf of Pet Heroes for their donation for handicapped and sick animals. Thanks to them, there will now be a few less animals in need." This is also our way of saying thank you to our employees.
This is not our only activity in this area. With our services and products, we also try to reduce the burden on the environment. For example, the Tax receipt ONLINE service saves the environment by allowing customers to collect their tax receipt online via a web portal. The trader does not have to print it. We are also involved in interesting charity projects with our business partners, such as McCharity or Charity Kiosk.
