As every year, we participated in one of the most important conferences in the field of payment cards, technologies and systems in Central Europe - CARDFORUM 2024. This year it was held again in the beautiful surroundings of the Iron Mountains - in the Jezerka Hotel.
The conference is organised by the Bankcard Association and is attended annually by banks, acquirers and payment solution integrators, many of whom are our long-standing business partners. Thanks to the original concept of multi-level knowledge and information sharing, we always get the latest news from the payments world
As the Main Partner of this event, we again had the opportunity to present some of our payment solutions.
This year we decided to use our product Merchant Portal, which we have developed to support not only banks, acquirers, but also merchants themselves, who work daily with payment terminals or with the payment application SoftPOS. They can then easily find all the necessary transaction data from payment, meal voucher or fleet cards in one place. Merchants can then work with this data easily and in real time.
After logging into the portal, merchants can see all their branches, the payment terminals listed under them, with the average weekly number of transactions. Transactions can be freely filtered by branch, terminal, time or currency. Users of the portal can see their current sales of individual branches, which they can export to editable tables and use to analyze sales according to their needs.
