Self-service kiosks

Currently a very popular service that allows for non-cash payments, leading to increased client comfort and cost savings on the part of the provider as client attendance is unnecessary. We have developed a separate application that enables safe use of cards for payments.

Transaction process

The service comprises a standard process, similar to regular card payments in retail stores. Customers work with a slot reader, keyboard and display; the displayed instructions guide customers through the entire payment process. Customers insert the payment card into the reader, confirm the amount, insert the PIN code, the transaction is processed and a receipt is printed out by a printer which is part of the kiosk.

Parking systems – automatic parking machines

Automatic parking machines are tools that allow clients to pay for parking in closed unattended parking lots. The system involves the regular process as you know it – upon arrival, the client receives a ticket from the system; upon departure, the client inserts the ticket into the machine and selects the payment method – cash or payment card.

Petrol Stations - tankomats

Self-service cash registers directly integrated in the fuel dispensing pumps; as a result, payments can be made even if the filling station is unattended. In addition to bank cards, tankomats may accept other types of cards as well: fleet cards, company cards or other identification cards. The advantage of the service is no need of attendants to take payments at the filling stations; clients themselves can arrange the entire fuel purchase transaction. Thus, the entire customer process is much quicker.

Multi-function terminals

A unique standalone device installed in public premises that allows for using multiple functions on the spot.

Major advantages of multi-function terminals include easy access and self-service operation allowing customers to handle multiple personal transactions at a site where the corresponding institutions (e.g. banks, post-offices, mobile network operators, utility suppliers, etc.) are not located and at times that are much more flexible than the institutions’ opening hours.

Additional services offered by the kiosk include information services (e.g. technical support contacts, institution contacts, working with maps, etc.) and attractive advertising space.

Example of use

You can use your bank card to pay for recharging your prepaid mobile phone, use postal money orders to pay for operating expenses of a household, pay for services or goods (e.g. tickets for cultural events, goods offered through multi-function kiosks) – all using the kiosk. Both the display and the external surface area of the kiosk can be used for advertising.
