OPTIMUM T4230 GPRS

Wireless terminal; neither internet, nor dial up needed. The connectivity is provided via GPRS and also V.34 modem which enables dial-up connection. In case of blackout you can use dial backup. You only need a SIM card and the power supply.

The terminal is equipped with 6 navigation buttons for easy and fast movement through the menu and with 19 standard buttons. Graphics-capable thermal printer allows merchants to print logos and coupons directly onto the receipt. The weight of the terminal is only 0.48 kg.

The terminal is equipped with 24MB inner memory which enables customising with extra applications such as recharge of mobile telephone coupons, loyalty applications, interconnection with cash register. The terminal contains the connector for external PINPAD connection and RS-232 connector for interconnection with cash register. PINPAD ensures secure PIN entry and thus protects customer’s privacy. This feature is most appreciated by banks, casinos, counters. We recommend using Optimum T4230 GPRS at points of sale where there is no access to dial-up, or the internet.
