We operate three service centers located in Brno, Prague and Ostrava with a total of 20 efficient technicians.
Four telephone operators work in our headquarters, ready to immediately assist in solving your issues. This way, we handle about 200 technical issues every month which helps to save time and contributes to your satisfaction. We are equipped with state-of-the-art technology that allows for recording and archiving phone calls for reference in case of any subsequent claims.
All technical support division employees regularly attend training seminars to learn about new Hypercom technologies, payment card acceptance rules, etc. They use their knowledge in serving our customers, providing them with professional advice on any technical issues. In addition to regular update on Hypercom innovations, they attend training sessions organized by our customers – banks.
Our technical support network handles, without difficulties, up to 300 new installations monthly in addition to regular maintenance jobs. Professional SW and HW is a must.
We also offer a new set of h-POS services, i.e. real time services. Thanks to this service, a POS terminal is able to perform a self-check and, in case of trouble, send us an error message. This makes the work of our technicians and telephone operators easier and saves your time as any error is quickly identified and remedied.
